Recruitment Support Executive

About the role:

Join our international team of Recruitment Support Executives at BPO Wizard! As a Recruitment Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting their recruitment and marketing needs. As the primary point of contact, you’ll handle client accounts directly, oversee client communications, and address any concerns promptly to maintain strong, long-term partnerships. This position offers a dynamic role and requires a client-focused team player ready to make a positive impact on our client’s experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
      • Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other channels for our international clients, and run internet research campaigns to generate leads.
      • Conducting research on top talent using various sources and handling various administrative tasks.
      • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are both updated with all necessary information.
      • Setting up and monitoring multi-channel outreach campaigns through the latest tech
      • Ensuring successful placement of candidates in clients’ companies.
      • Communicating with assigned clients through Zoom, Meet and Teams.
      • Provide consistent support, address inquiries, and proactively manage expectations to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
      • Act as the primary contact for client communications and ensure timely delivery of recruitment services, overseeing project milestones, progress tracking, and quality assurance to meet and exceed client expectations.
      • Understand clients’ staffing requirements, industry trends, and recruitment challenges to provide valuable insights, suggestions, and tailored solutions that improve service outcomes and enhance value.

Requirements:
    • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
    • 2-years experience is a plus.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
