About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Content Writer with 4+ years of prior experience in the field for a full-time/part-time on-site position based in Bahawalpur. The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality web content, social media content, and emails, crafting content strategies, conducting in-depth research, writing and proofreading materials, and driving content excellence. The role entails creating impactful, engaging, and optimized content that aligns with both client needs and organizational objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of expertise in Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading
- Proficient in Content Strategy development and in-depth Research
- Ability to switch between short-form and long-form writing seamlessly
- Comfortable working with minimal direction and taking ownership of deliverables
- Strong research and editing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple content projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in the staffing, BPO, or marketing industries is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit a wide range of content, including: Website and landing page copy, Long-form blogs and articles, LinkedIn and professional social content, Email campaigns and newsletters, Case studies, thought leadership pieces, and brand narratives
- Adapt tone and structure based on audience (founders, executives, clients, internal teams)
- Turn raw ideas, briefs, or conversations into clear, compelling content
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and leadership teams
- Review, refine, and elevate content for clarity, accuracy, and impact
- Maintain consistency in voice across platforms and formats
