Our Story
BPO Wizard started with a question.
Why was it so hard for companies to find reliable offshore support that actually felt like part of their team? Back in 2019, when we were still known as Prudent Outsourcing, Saad Rasheed, our CEO, began with a small team of three and a clear belief that there was incredible talent in Pakistan that the world wasn’t fully seeing yet. So we started building recruitment support teams for staffing agencies across the United States, Canada, the UK, and Europe. What we saw with our careful hiring, proper training, and real management approach was a steady and organic growth month-over-month.
Our team naturally became young, Gen Y and Gen Z professionals who are digital-first, adaptable, and hungry to grow. Over time, clients began asking for more than recruitment support. They needed marketing teams, too. And instead of stretching beyond our capabilities, we built the same way we always had; carefully, intentionally, and with the right people.
Now that we rank among the top 10 offshore recruitment teams across the US, the mission hasn’t changed; we still prioritize creating real opportunities for young talent, and delivering work that clients can genuinely rely on.
That’s the story. And we’re just getting started.
